How does Tawaref raise funds for startups?

Tawaref employs two investment approaches:

Syndicate investment: Angel investors with small tickets (+$10k) invest through Tawaref Cayman SP (Segregated Portfolio).
Direct Investment: High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors with a minimum ticket size of $100k invest directly in the startups' cap table.

Both types of investments are facilitated through the Tawaref Platform.
