What is Tawaref’s repayment process?
You will receive the repayment as soon as Tawaref exits from an opportunity. For more information, please refer back to the Exit Strategy. Tawaref will transfer the amount, adjusted for performance fees (please refer to the fee structure here for details), to your bank account registered on Tawaref's platform.

What is the Exit Strategy?
Exits can be achieved through follow-on rounds (starting from Series A) or an IPO or acquisitions, whichever occurs first. Tawaref does not actively seek exits; however, if any opportunity arises, investors will be promptly informed and will have the opportunity to vote in favor of or against the exit. Subsequently, a decision will be made by the directors based on the majority's opinions.

What types of updates will I receive about my portfolio?
You may receive an investor progress report using Tawaref's template. Additionally, you will have access to the Portfolio Dashboard template on your Tawaref account, which provides a detailed performance overview of your portfolio companies.
